I paid but have not received my online Encoder credits; where are my credits?

Thank you for purchasing credits! Please be patient as there is always a delay with the first order of credits. This is because we receive many fraudulent payments, and we must check each payment for possible fraud. We always try to approve orders as quickly as possible, and during working hours (9am to 6pm Monday to Friday UK time) the delay is usually no more than a few hours, and often much less. Orders are generally completed outside of regular hours and at weekends too, but the delay may be longer. If there is any query about your order then we will contact you. | |
