We will send you an email to acknowledge your request, and you will be able to view the status of your request at any time via our ticket system. Files can be attached to the ticket after it has been created.

Need Loader Installation Help?

For guidance installing a Loader onto your local machine, dedicated/vps or shared server, please use our new Loader Wizard. This replaces our Loader helper script, and advises on which Loader should be installed, and performs many checks for install related errors and system configuration problems. Download the Wizard as a Zip or tgz (Unix) archive and install the script onto your web space. If you need help after using the Wizard, or if there are problems running the Wizard, please create a ticket and include the URL for the Wizard if possible so that we can run it.
